1. Mentor-Coach Handbook for Introducing Novice Teachers
This handbook is designed for teachers who wish to actively support their new colleagues by taking on the role of mentors. The publication covers:
Fundamentals of the mentoring-coaching approach.
Practical tools and strategies to help novice teachers adapt to the profession.
A training program for mentors.
The content aims to establish sustainable mentoring practices that contribute to the development and long-term professional realization of novice teachers.

2. Resource Guide for Self-Preparation of Novice Teachers
This guide is intended for direct use by new teachers and includes:
Guidelines for effective communication and classroom management.
Strategies for managing stress and developing positive self-perception.
Exercises for self-reflection and self-awareness.
The guide is based on in-depth research and practical experience, aiming to support the adaptation of novice teachers to the school environment.
