We aim to ensure that novice teachers feel comfortable in their professional journey and develop strong motivation and competences to stay in the chosen profession.
We will train experienced teachers on using coaching and mentoring in the induction and professional development of their colleagues, who are just entering the teaching profession.
In 24 months we will develop and pilot mentor-coach training for senior teachers, engage novice teachers in mentoring-coaching process and map the impact from our innovation.
We are a mix of dedicated partners from Bulgaria, Belgium, North Macedonia and Slovenia. We represent 2 trade unions of teachers, 1 municipal youth centre, 1 educational NGO and 1 coaching and training provider.
